Role Description |
This Board Role entails quarterly meetings and holds a Non-Executive designation. The appointed Non-Executive Director will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance across the group of companies. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure the company’s long-term vision remains optimal, advising the management team on aligning strategic and tactical initiatives with the company’s overarching direction. We seek a candidate with a robust background in business operations, capable of identifying bottlenecks and areas of optimization across the group. The ideal candidate will serve as a beacon of industry expertise, offering invaluable guidance drawn from a track record of leading assets that consistently outperform the market. A well-rounded and seasoned professional, our candidate will possess experience in optimizing all facets of business operations, from back to middle to front office. The Board Member will be expected to attend meetings, contribute insights to executive strategy, propose operational tactics and best practices, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. This role entails some in-person meeting attendance and occasional visits to the company’s assets and locations. |
